I'm Traci D. Mitchell. I'm 52, and I'm in the best shape of my life.
But I know what it feels like when your body becomes your enemy.
At 27, I had a stroke. Shortly after, I contracted necrotizing fasciitis—flesh-eating bacteria. I spent years feeling broken, terrified, and completely dismissed by doctors who couldn't explain what was happening to me.
I also spent years doing everything "right" that was actually making me worse. The obsessive exercise. The restrictive eating. The behaviors I thought were discipline but were actually destruction.
I had to learn the hard way what actually works—and what the wellness industry gets dangerously wrong.
Now I teach women to become their own hormone hackers. Not with complicated protocols or expensive supplements, but by understanding their bodies well enough to stop fighting them.
